  • Maintain multiple communication streams, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with organisational standards.
  • Provide research, writing, and editing support for a wide range of IT materials — often under tight deadlines.
  • Offer practical solutions and creative ideas to content and intranet challenges, using best‑practice content management principles.
  • Support content governance and help maximise the effectiveness of SharePoint, the intranet, and other content platforms.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in website or intranet management or content management systems (SharePoint and Azure preferred).
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to research, write, and edit complex IT content (including communication plans) in clear, everyday language.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical topics into concise, accessible content for audiences with varied levels of technical understanding.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and communicate effectively in a distributed organisation.
  • High level of proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience working in IT, digital, or technical communication roles.
  • Experience in large, varied, or geographically dispersed organisations.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and involvement in course content development.
  • A current Western Australian motor vehicle driver’s licence.

Who You Are?

You’re a confident communicator who can juggle multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. You enjoy turning complex information into content that is polished, clear, and meaningful.
