Job Description
Ingestion & Pipeline Support
Monitor and troubleshoot content ingestion through the *** ingest pipeline (using Splunk and AWS S3).
Review job reports, identify errors, and coordinate with contributor relations on fixes.
Report system issues to engineering and assist in testing solutions.
Manage AWS S3 storage for assisted uploads.
Suggest and support automation opportunities to streamline workflows.
Partner & Team Support
Onboard new assisted ingest partners, including AWS S3 configuration and workflow training.
Provide daily and ad-hoc ingestion activity reports to partners and internal collaborators.
Develop clear documentation and training materials.
Deliver technical support for tools and systems that impact content delivery.
Data & Workflow Optimization
Gather and analyze data to measure ingest performance across content departments.
