Role Overview

Own the program strategy and operating model for the company's content—spanning thought leadership, direct marketing, digital/social and event/executive engagement—ensuring scalability, compliance, and measurable impact.

Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery across content managers, creative studio, campaign teams and compliance/legal; drive clear handoffs, SLAs, and RACI.

Establish planning rhythms (annual/quarterly roadmaps, editorial calendars, capacity plans) and run program ceremonies (intake, prioritization, stage‑gates, retros).

Create and enforce standards and governance: taxonomy, metadata, versioning, accessibility, compliance (HIPAA), and brand guidelines; steward approvals and audit trails.

Advance modern content operations with AI‑assisted workflows (briefs, outlines, variations, QC), while maintaining human review and Responsible AI guardrails.
