Job Description

Typical Background: 2–4 years in HR domain with experience reviewing HR content


Role Purpose:

Ensure AI-generated HR responses are accurate, safe, and context-aware using rubrics and practical HR knowledge.


Core Responsibilities:

• Review and validate AI-generated HR outputs for accuracy, tone, and safety.

• Compare model responses, flag ambiguities, and suggest improvements.

• Escalate bias/sensitive language and support calibration efforts.


Must-Have Experience:

• Exposure to core HR processes.

• Familiarity with HR systems, case tools, and content platforms.

• Strong fluency in English and analytical review skills.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

● Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resources or equivalent combination of education, training and or relevant work experience.
