Responsibilities

  • Review and validate AI-generated HR responses for correctness, tone, relevance, and safety
  • Compare multiple AI model responses and identify ambiguities or inconsistencies
  • Flag bias, sensitive language, or compliance risks and escalate as required
  • Suggest improvements to enhance clarity, usefulness, and contextual accuracy of HR content
  • Support calibration exercises to ensure consistent application of rubrics and quality standards
  • Apply practical HR knowledge to evaluate real-world applicability of AI responses
