Job Description

We are seeking a Content Review Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries, focusing on in-game content moderation. This role will help maintain a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for players by reviewing and ensuring compliance with community standards.

The ideal candidate will actively play and test FPS games to understand gameplay, identify issues, and ensure compliance with online game policies. They will also accurately document and categorize support requests in the ticketing system, escalate complex cases with clear documentation, and follow established workflows using knowledge base resources.

• This is an entry-level position that requires no experience in customer service or IT support but familiarity with gaming environments is preferred.
