We're looking for a Content & Social Media Lead who lives and breathes hooks, storytelling, short-form video, and brand voice.

This role is for someone who can think in content, not just schedule posts.

What you'll do

* Create content ideas, hooks, scripts & captions

* Shape Reels, Shorts, brand videos & POV content

* Direct designers/editors on creative flow & messaging

* Own Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn posting

* Turn campaigns into daily, scroll-stopping content

* Track what works and refine formats constantly

What we're looking for

Strong writing + storytelling skills

Deep understanding of Instagram & YouTube content

Experience with D2C / personal care / lifestyle brands

Knows how to make content feel native, not ad...
