ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are hiring a gritty, high-output creator in the mold of “D-Rock”, Gary Vaynerchuk’s early-stage content right-hand. You will work directly with Creative Eateries’ co-owner and Chief Marketing Officer, Andie Chen - to develop a content library and team around food, creativity, and business.

This role offers a unique synergy of execution and planning, where you will spend the majority of your time crafting and repurposing compelling visual assets (50%), complemented by on-site content shooting (30%) and collaborative strategic discussions (20%).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce 1 long-form (10–30 min) video per week + at least 20–30 short clips (15–60s) for IG/TikTok/YouTube Shorts.
  • Required to be on-site a minimum of 2 days per week.
  • Propose and test content ideas and hooks, not just execute instructions.
  • Handle basic grading, sound mixing and graphics.
  • Handle run-and-gun style sound and lighting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in editing software: DaVinci and CapCut.
  • Fluent with graphic software: Canva.
  • Experience using AI for script and idea creation.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Must own a computer capable of editing in 4K.
  • Must own a camera capable of 4K.
  • Portfolio with at least 3 long-form edits and 3 short-form social videos (ideally food/founder/interviews).
  • Preferably experienced in run & gun and dynamic film making.
  • Experience with AI image and video creation – for B-rolls, thumbnails and graphics.
