JOB PURPOSE
MSC Cruises, the world’s third largest cruise line brand, is expanding its eCommerce team in the USA. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Content Strategy, the Content Strategist maintains, improves, and executes the content strategy for msccruisesusa.com. This position is responsible for understanding and communicating our brand and products, as well as driving our merchandising mix, from the category level, down to individual products. This position strives to connect each customer with the products that best meet their needs, by focusing on the shopping experience to maximize conversion rates, revenue and ROI. #LI-LC1
This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in the office in Miami.
