Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Proposal Content Strategist & Knowledge Analyst to join our dynamic global marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, manage, and optimize proposal content and knowledge resources, supporting iQor’s business development efforts. Your responsibilities will include managing the proposal content library, ensuring content accuracy and compliance, and assisting in bid responses. By maintaining high-quality content and streamlining processes, you will empower the Proposal Team to create compelling, high-quality proposals that align with strategic goals and meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
Content Development: Oversee and update the RFx library. Create, update, and manage proposal and presentation content to ensure it is clear, compliant, persuasive, and supports evolving sales messaging.Knowledge Management & Optimization: Develop and maintain a comprehensive RFx library and proposals knowledge base, including templates, best practices, and reusable content to streamline the proposal process—including migration of content to new formats. Optimize proposal content for searchability, visibility, and usability.Administration & Enablement: Manage RFx library licenses, access, review cycles, and integrate new capabilities. Provide training and support to team members on best practices for proposal writing and knowledge management.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional subject matter experts, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather information and insights for proposal content development. Ensure effective outreach, intake, and collaboration for ongoing content revisions.Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies and best practices that align with marketing’s short-term and long-term goals, enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposal process. Identify gaps in the content repository and proactively develop solutions to address these areas.Reporting and Analysis: Monitor user engagement with the library and analyze platform performance based on usability, frequency, and accuracy. Continuously gather user feedback to enhance content quality and relevance. Analyze proposal outcomes and feedback to improve content and processes.Skills Requirements:
3 or more years of experience in writing, editing, and managing proposal contentExperience in B2B marketing, creative storytelling, and persuasive proposal writingKnowledge of content management systems and best practicesFamiliarity with RFP processes and requirementsAbility to analyze and interpret RFP requirements to optimize proposal contentStrong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsProven work experience in Knowledge Management or similar responsibilitiesStrong understanding of how to measure metrics for benchmarking and goal achievementStrong organization and time-management skillsExperience with proposal management software, preferably LoopioAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, PowerPoint, and SharePointStrong attention to detailBPO experience highly desiredEducation Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field ORMinimum of 3 years of experience in creative writing and content management, preferably within the RFP or proposal development environmentPhysical Requirements:
Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
