*Roles & Responsibilities :*
This role is responsible for driving high-quality content strategy, communication management, and marketing support for internal stakeholders across the organization. The specialist will partner closely with Internal Communications, Marketing, Business Units, and cross-functional teams to craft compelling narratives, ensure consistent brand positioning, and enable effective promotion of products, services, solutions, initiatives, and events.
The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, someone who respects established communication practices yet brings a fresh, modern lens to engagement.
*Qualifications*
* Educational qualification: *
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field.
* Experience : *
4-8 years of experience in content strategy, internal communications, marketing communication, or editorial roles.
* Mandatory/requires Skills : *

* Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong command over business communication.

* Ability to translate complex business topics into clear, compelling narratives.

* Proven experience developing communication campaigns and marketing content.

* Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management and navigating matrixed organizations.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously


* Preferred Skills : *

* Experience working in an internal shared services or in-house creative/content team.

Familiarity with digital communication channels, engagement analytics, and modern content tools.

Exposure to design principles and ability to collaborate effectively with creative/visual teams.

* Knowledge of brand governance, change communication, and leadership communication.

Understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and event communication.

Ability to challenge the status quo respectfully and push for higher communication standards.

*Content Strategy & Planning*

* Develop content strategies aligned to business priorities, organizational narratives, and stakeholder objectives.

* Build and maintain content calendars for campaigns, announcements, initiatives, and recurring communication programs.

* Provide guidance on communication formats, channels, tone, and storytelling approaches.


*Communication Development & Execution*

* Draft, edit, and refine high-impact communication materials: emails, newsletters, leadership messages, campaign copy, product/solution briefs, event promotions, magazine articles, and internal announcements.

* Manage end-to-end communication workflowsfrom requirement intake to delivery.

* Ensure brand voice, consistency, and compliance with internal communication guidelines.


*Marketing Support*

* Create compelling marketing collateral for internal audiencesincluding posters, banners, presentations, and campaign messaging.

* Partner with design teams to translate content into engaging visual deliverables.

* Support product/solution marketing efforts by developing value propositions, messaging frameworks, and promotional assets.


*Stakeholder & Project Management*

* Engage with internal teams to understand requirements, gather inputs, and manage expectations.

* Coordinate reviews, approvals, and feedback loops with multiple stakeholders.

* Ensure on-time delivery with strong focus on quality, accuracy, and business impact.


*Insights & Continuous Improvement*

* Monitor communication effectiveness using engagement metrics and stakeholder feedback.

* Recommend enhancements to communication processes, templates, and storytelling models.

* Bring new ideas, industry trends, and best practices to elevate overall communication maturity.
