**Job Description:**
The Contingent Workforce Coordinator provides day-to-day operational support to Intermountain Health’s contingent workforce. Under the direction of the Enterprise Contingent Workforce Manager, the Coordinator helps to manage the preboarding and onboarding processes; ensures compliance with regulations, labor laws, and internal policies; and contributes to process improvement.
The following states are currently paused for sourcing new candidates or for new relocation requests for current caregivers :
+ **California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington**
This position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm MT
**_Background in Locums or a healthcare agency is preferred._**
**Essential Functions**
+ Preboarding and Onboarding Process Management: Acts as a subject matter expert while managing the preboarding and onboarding aspects of the full cycle contingent worker selection process.
