Reporting into the Continuous Improvement Manager, the Continuous Improvement Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Creating, collating, analysing and inputting data gathered from the shopfloor (job cards) to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Working closely with Engineering Leads to track and monitor part deliveries, ensuring timely availability of components
  • Managing mould equipment life expectancy and scrappage, utilising information from the Engineering team and SAP
  • Collaborating with the Quality team to prepare daily and monthly reports on production metrics and quality indicators
  • Liaising with the Quality Manager on stock availability, rework requirements, and defect analysis
  • Identifying items for reorder and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support production needs
