Reporting into the Continuous Improvement Manager, the Continuous Improvement Administrator will be responsible for:
Creating, collating, analysing and inputting data gathered from the shopfloor (job cards) to identify trends and areas for improvementWorking closely with Engineering Leads to track and monitor part deliveries, ensuring timely availability of componentsManaging mould equipment life expectancy and scrappage, utilising information from the Engineering team and SAPCollaborating with the Quality team to prepare daily and monthly reports on production metrics and quality indicatorsLiaising with the Quality Manager on stock availability, rework requirements, and defect analysisIdentifying items for reorder and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support production needsDeveloping and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencyCo...
