Continuous Improvement Analyst (Onsite)

*Location is onsite at our Atlanta Operations in Lithia Springs, GA

The Continuous Improvement Analystis responsible fordriving operational excellence within the Distribution Center (DC) by managing daily performance systems, leading the 5S program, and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). A primary responsibilityofthis role is the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SOPs and guidance documents to ensure process clarity, compliance, and operational consistency. This includes developing new documentation foremergingprocesses and updating existing materials to reflect changes. The role also delivers Continuous Improvement (CI) training during new hire orientation and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensuretimelycommunication of updates.
