Continuous Improvement Analyst

We are seeking a driven and experienced Continuous Improvement Technician to join our dynamic team in Pelzer, SC, supporting Vertiv’s rapidly expanding operations. This is a critical leadership role within our manufacturing facility, focused on driving operational excellence, team performance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for leading and implementing Lean and Lean Six Sigma projects to improve business performance in alignment with key initiatives across the organization.  Be part of a highly skilled team of change agents working with all functional areas of the business as well as customers and suppliers. Develop, execute and sustain effective process improvements that drive process and productivity improvements utilizing Lean methodologies.
