Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience: 3-5+ Years in IT Service Management (ITSM), Operations, or Continuous Improvement. Experience in interfacing with leadership.
  • Certifications: ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation/Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
