Continuous Improvement (CI) Intern

Purpose of the Job: Assist with specific and focused continuous improvement projects and AMPS deployment. Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee projects to help improve efficiency and reduce waste/spoilage Create and analyze data for specific process areas Support AMPS deployment and training Conduct routine audits of process areas Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelors' degree from a 4-year accredited university 3.0 GPA- highly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail Experience conducting research Self-starter Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills Ability to work independently Ability to follow policies and procedures Ardagh Metal Packaging is a leading global supplier of sustainable, infinitely recyclable metal beverage cans to brand owners.
