SKILLS - Fluent conversational English >80% - Analytical skills to identify solutions, risks and prepare decisions - Ability to work in multiple projects - CI tools, problem solving techniques & analysis knowledge - Great hands-on ability with people to train and coach to achieve CI results EXPERIENCE: Essential: - 2 + years engineering experience providing support to projects - Pro-actively resolving process efficiency & waste issues Desirable: - Greenbelt trained/ certified. - Project management experience EDUCATION: Essential: - Bachelor’s degree (Engineer) Desirable: - Project Management - Lean manufacturing certification OTHER REQUIRMENT: - Willing to travel - Valid USA Visa - Valid Passport - Valid driver license
