Job Description
1. 5+ years of experience within a continuous improvement function or in a manufacturing environment.
2. Prior experience with managing people.
3. SAP business system experience.
4. Excellent communication skills and comfortable with large audience public speaking.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Highly motivated individual that can work with mínimal supervision.
7. Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
8. Strong time management skills.
9. Able to handle multiple and conflicting priorities.
10. Strong computer and software skills, able to utilize new technologies.
11. Green Belt or Black Belt Certification in LEAN Six Sigma (preferred but not required).
13. Bachelors Degree (Finished)
**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
