Full job description Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: Leading and supporting engineering-led improvement projects aimed at increasing manufacturing efficiency, throughput, and capacity Analysing existing production processes and implementing engineering solutions aligned with the company's manufacturing systems strategy Developing and standardising quality assurance procedures, specifications, and control plans to ensure repeatable, high-quality output Working cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, design, and supply chain teams to resolve complex production and quality issues Identifying, justifying, and implementing process changes using data-driven and structured problem-solving methodologies Driving best practice in manufacturing engineering, benchmarking both internally and externally Embedding a right-first-time engineering culture through process control, standard work, and accountability Supporting the development of an organisation-wide ...
