Job Description:

Join us as a Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer for the M&M’s production line and play a vital role in driving operational excellence across multiple shifts in this key production area. You’ll be a crucial part of the FMOS/RT implementation team, managing manufacturing systems, improving line event data integrity, and reducing downtime. Partnering closely with Production Leaders, you’ll lead a team of Continuous Improvement Specialists (CIS) to establish work standards, coach associates, and lead initiatives that boost efficiency and reliability.
