Continuous Improvement Engineer Ii- 1St Shift- (Onsite)

This role requires collaboration with local and corporate departments to ensure alignment.

Responsible for maintaining a robust project pipeline to continue improvement KPIs in terms of Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, Cost.

• Analyzes data and trends of the entire Value Stream / Business Unit to determine opportunities for improvement.
• Along with the functional team creates and implements a plan to turn the current state map into the future state map using lean techniques.
• Executes and coordinates continuous improvement tasks and projects within Value Stream / Business Unit.
• Foster project management discipline providing expertise and support in the intake initiation planning execution transition and closure of projects providing support to the Management of Change.
