**Continuous Improvement Engineer**

CI Engineering Position for BU in AEMX - Support, execute and give follow up to the CI strategy.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Executes the requirements of CI Assessments
- Develops the current implementation plans for Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma.
- Assess the process & procedures, to identify waste, losses & improvement opportunities
- Coach teams to analyze problem & develop solutions
- Deploys techniques to balance process flow in the operation to optimize resources and efficiency
- Develops Visual Factory Management
- Participates and leads CI events & projects
- Keeps tracking of the projects & events actions, results & savings
- Responsible to maintain 5S+1 in his workplace and be a trainer & coach to others
- Deploy 5S+1 processes implementation, improvements & follow up
- Supports in any activity related with the department or the company when is required.
