Continuous Improvement Engineer

Arcosa Wind Towers is looking for motivated, results-driven, and people-oriented Continuous Improvement Engineers to lead positive change through project management, continuous improvement,t and Lean methodologies. In this role you will work within elements of the sciences of manufacturing and industrial engineering while keeping continuous improvement fundamentals at the forefront. The right candidate will use effective project management practices and be focused on identifying and implementing solutions to improve employee morale, product quality, efficiency, productivity, and safety performance throughout the plant. Generally, this position’s coverage occurs during st shift, but flexibility to provide coverage for occasional projects and tasks occurring off-shift is essential. The right candidate will have a positive attitude and possess the aptitude and drive to take initiative to make things happen independently. This position reports to the Plant CI Manager.
