IEM is seeking a motivated Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive hands-on process improvements in a lean manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for candidates passionate about Kaizen, standard work, and data-driven problem solving , with opportunities to learn directly from senior CI leaders and grow into broader leadership roles.

What You’ll Do:

• Support Kaizen events with data collection, time studies, and sustainment
• Document standard work, instructions, and visual management tools
• Assist with root cause analysis, 5S audits, and daily tier meetings
• Capture metrics, analyze waste, and implement improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain (or equivalent)
• 0–3 years’ experience or internship in a manufacturing/industrial environment
