Eaton’s AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer.
**What you’ll do**:
**Primary Function**
The Continuous Improvement Engineer is accountable for executing operational excellence and continuous improvement across a diverse manufacturing environment. Using Lean & Six Sigma, project management methodologies, ProLaunch principles to rigorously drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory.
This person will take on an active role in defining and driving cost out initiatives to a successful outcome while working with a diverse team. In depth tool knowledge required of process improvement techniques, VA/VE, global benchmarking, cost models, including process design, facility layout, capital equipment and Supply chain solutions, including VMI, Kanban’s, supplier consignment stock and other tools. Will be required to have detailed knowledge of all projects current and future state including risks and...
