Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead continuous improvement projects simultaneously with different cross functional teams at
- multiple BU
- Perform data analysis to define improvement projects aligned to operational team strategy.
- Design of storage spaces developing a slotting strategy to optimize resources regularly.
- Design processing areas and develop new workflows and procedures.
- Collaborate with WMS team to develop the optimal configuration (base configuration for all
- Business Units) and customized modules for special requirements for a specific BU or group of BU.
- Develop business analytics tools to support decision making.
- Analyze new equipment and tools available in the market to compare and evaluate business cases
- to integrate at current operations.
- Evaluate operational performance vs business model.
- Promote a Continuous improvement culture.
