Continuous Improvement Engineer

The Continuous Improvement Engineer leads teams and contributes to strategic projects that identify business opportunities, improve quality, reduce costs and improve productivity. The focus is to generate competitive advantages using statistical analysis tools, process improvement techniques such as lean, six sigma, etc.
Activities and Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize improvement opportunities in the production processes through data analysis, key performance metrics, statistical analysis, etc.
- Plans and leads the execution of continuous improvement projects under the Six Sigma, Lean
Manufacturing and Kaizen methodology, among others.
- Facilitates multidisciplinary meetings to identify bottlenecks, waste, and other inefficiencies within the production process.
- Implements improvement initiatives collaborating with different departments such as production,
quality, maintenance and logistics, optimizing the available resources.
