Purpose of this Digital project is to follow-up to CI Strategy implemented. CI strategy will be evolved from current process, scope and functionality to the next level by measuring relevant KPI’s in all aspects and scope of the CI team. This includes participation in current and future Improvements fully implemented and with close follow-up with all involved areas and people responsible for each of these: ICBK, L6S, IP’s, CapEx, WOR, MOR, DOR, Quality Wins, and other related to CI.
