Essential Functions:
Work closely with functional leaders and actively lead, Design /Develop, Resolve team issues, coach and guide cross-functional project teams in the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologiesServe as a technical resource for improvement teams, i.e. provide support by analyzing data, change management, Project management and project implementation.Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvementProvide hands-on team guidance, support, and coaching to all roles and functions, to advance CI maturity at a sustainable paceProvide coaching and mentoring to Green BeltsUse project management techniques to prepare, manage and support project plans. Conduct phase gate reviews to ensure teams are successful in their project executionWork with project teams to reduce implementation risks and ensure proper monitoring and controls mechanisms are in place before project closureCapture and manage improvement results derived from Lean initiativesSupport peer-to-peer learning and best practice sharingQualifications:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Manufacturing EngineeringGreen Belt CertifiedLean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification an asset7+ years’ experience in CIExperienced in working with cross-organizational teamsExperience presenting to senior leadershipPreferred Additional Skills:
