Education and Experience Requirements - Bachelor’s degree on Continuous Improvement Engineering or related with more than 5 years’ experience as Continuous Improvement Leader - English fluent - Good communication skills - Master Black Belt in Lean / Six Sigma (or equivalent expertise) - Attention to detail and capability to analyze data and make sound conclusions. - Strong aptitude for organization, prioritization and managing multiple tasks at the same time. - Must be hands-on with a desire to be on the plant floor working directly with employees. - Capability to patiently partner and teach employees what good standards look like. - Ability to actively participate in team-oriented processes influence team engagement and to drive team decision making to conclusions/solutions. - Highly organized - Ability to articulate clear vision and convey a sense of urgency. - High sense of urgent, self
