1. Scope of the job

Job purpose:

.To spearhead and co-ordinate initiatives pertaining to start, implement and sustaining continuous improvement in Manufacturing Operations specially focusing on TPM and Lean Manufacturing.

Key responsibilities:


  • To initiate TPM implementation at new units
  • To Audit the existing TPM implementation as per Audit protocol
  • To provide training on TPM to Managers and create TPM Leaders
  • To identify areas for extending and expanding TPM initiative

Budget responsibilities:

As per specified in budget
