The Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager is responsible for leading and supporting initiatives that drive operational excellence and improve organizational performance. This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, developing improvement strategies, and executing Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies across departments.
