Responsible of managing every process improvement and implementation, ensuring they are effective, decreasing all kinds of waste and increasing productivity. The continuous improvement manager, directs and supervises improvement programs inside the company’s production area, and reports them on a daily basis ensuring they are followed according to schedule and specifications. Leads and organizes and trains improvement teams. Analyzes that new and current manufacturing processes go according to the company’s policies and requirements backed up with the proper documentation.
Experiência y requisitos
- 5+ years of experience of Continuous Improvement Manager - Experience on Operation System implementation, demonstrable - Black Belt and/or Lean Expert - Engineering Career - Bilingual - Dynamic and high performance team builder - Experience on Aerospace Industry preferable
