Work Market, Inc. seeks Continuous Improvement Manager at our New York, NY location. Responsibilities: Responsible for gathering insights and ask probing questions to develop a strong understanding of business processes. Develop metrics that provide data for process and/or service measurement all while collecting data to identify the root causes of problems and/or process inefficiencies. Serve as a liaison among various departments within WorkMarket and the broader ADP to ensure WorkMarket is prepared for organizational changes (e.g., new product launch, feature changes, platform issues, etc.). Serve as the conduit between Product/Tech and Client Service, Worker Support, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless execution of organizational changes with minimal disruption.
