The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Continuous Improvement Manager to lead impactful change across Fedcap UK. You’ll drive projects that boost customer experience, quality, and productivity, while embedding a culture where improvement is part of everyday work. Using LEAN principles and data-driven insights, you’ll work hands-on with frontline teams and leaders to streamline processes, solve problems, and deliver measurable results. Travel across regions is an essential part of the role.
+ Location: On-site, accepting applications from candidates within reasonable distance of any of our South-Central offices: Banbury, Basingstoke, Brighton, Chichester, Guildford, Oxford, Slough, Staines, High Wycombe & Reading
