Continuous Improvement Manager

Our client in Warren, NJ is seeking a Direct Hire Continuous Improvement Manager. 
Salary: 115-150K DOE
Responsibilities: 

• Serve the teams global product portfolio, acting as the single coordination point—enabling all functions to outperform market expectations with customer centricity at the heart of every decision.
• Facilitate S&OP and S&OE cycles and coordinate scenario analysis to ensure foresight, planning alignment, and informed decision making. You own Value Stream performance across the supply chain network.
• Apply sound judgment where playbooks or perfect data are missing.
• Balance trade-offs between utilization, service, inventory, and cost.
• Take ownership of supply network planning, manage product shifts across the network, balance capacities, and ensure the supply chain remains in sync under constantly changing market conditions.
