Your challenge

  • Create and institutionalize quality assurance processes and procedures so products consistently meet compliance and reliability targets.

  • Run systematic inspections and audits, using findings to prioritize corrective and preventive actions.

  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, operations, and other partners to resolve quality issues at their source.

  • Turn data into decisions—analyzing trends and KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Develop clear, detailed reports and brief leadership on quality performance and risks.
