Continuous Improvement Senior Manager
Leading a team composed of individual contributors (first level of management) to achieve the expected performance on the activities within its scope and aligned with the IT strategy.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Monitor Key Value Chain Process and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure management of KPIs to monitor the performance of processes and customer satisfaction in a mindset of Plan, Do, Check and Act framework.
- Seek and share bottom-up opportunities for improvement based on KPI performance and team suggestions
- Manage the Prioritization of opportunities with Platform Leadership Team
Continuous Improvement Portfolio Management and Project Management
- Manage the Progress initiatives portfolio aligned with his/her entity’s strategic ambitions<...
