The **Continuous Improvement Specialist** acts as a catalyst in driving loss elimination and operational excellence at the manufacturing site.
**What are we looking for?**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, and Related/Equivalent Experience.
+ 3+ years in a Manufacturing Operations environment (GMP).
+ MSE/TPM advanced capability in particular FI, FMOS and AM, coaching and training.
+ Project management capability/experience.
+ Lean Six Sigma Black or Green Belt Certification (asset).
+ MS Office and PowerBI experience.
+ Problem Solving and CI Mindset.
+ General Organizational and business knowledge.
