Requisition ID: 36229- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is looking for a CI Technician to Support deployment and execution of the continuous improvement process and design and execute all infrastructure to support industrial engineer improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
The CI Technician will be Responsible of training program.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Coach and Leader of Kaizen and Kaizen Blitz
- Support 5S program to generate (5S Audit calendar, share scores by areas and follow up close action).
- Conduct the New hiring CI trainings.
- Balancing operations
- Update Flex Manning information about run times, operator and shifts.
- Encharged to mantain all plant visuals in good shape (boards, banners, charts) desing and develop in house.
