**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Support 5S program to improve facility conditions
- Conduct new hirings, assure proper training
- Update flex playbook information and provide to production department.
- Encharge to mantain visual in good shape (KPIs boards, banners, charts), design and delovep in house
- Coach Lean Tools
**Background & Skills**:
- _Bachelor Degree in Engineering_
- Computer skills, (Microsoft Office, PLC, test stand)
- Minimum one year of experience in continuous improvement professional internship experience can be included
- English advanced
