3 day p/w contract position for an accounts assistant - MYOB & Xero experience essential.

My client is a busy construction firm seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant/Data Entry Clerk to join the team for a part-time contract. This is a fast-paced environment where accuracy and software proficiency are paramount.


  • 3 days per week (flexible on days).




  • Minimum 1-month contract (potential for extension/full-time)




  • On site in Campbellfield



  • MYOB & Xero Experience Essential !!
  • Key Responsibilities


  • Maintaining clean and accurate records across both MYOB and Xero.




  • Processing high-volume supplier invoices and reconciling statements.




  • Ensuring all accounts are matched and up to date.




  • Assisting the Finance Manager with weekly cash flow or project-costing reports....
