Contract Administrator

Duration: 36 months Note: *This role is remote. There is a possibility for 3-4 meetings a month in office, but the worker will not be expected to go to an office on a regular basis, once training is complete.* Job Description: Any kind of monthly billing experience in PeopleSoft or SAP would be preferable. Assists the Business & Technical Consultant role for a major utility company to process business applications, agreements, and billing for services offered to customers. Support includes reviewing documentation provided by customers, billing set up, various complex and urgent requests supporting external customers, performs various bill research, performs various agreement research and more. Works closely with internal and outside council legal team. Interacts with complex customer agreement and billing; gives information in response to inquiries about accounts, products, and services.
