Contract Administrator
Under supervision, provides Contract Administration assistance pre- and/or post-contract.
Responsibilities
- Competencies Undertakes responsibilities under the supervision of a more senior Contract Administrator/Contracts Manager.
- Has a general understanding about construction contracts, in particular the FIDIC Red Book.
- Prepares and administers routine correspondence.
- Assists with the preparation of tender documentation.
- Assists with implementing, maintaining and monitoring contract procedures throughout the duration of a project.
- Has a general understanding about construction programmes (P6) and the logic/links which exist
- Assists with providing necessary input related to claims (time and/or cost).
- Assists with evaluating variations, additions and omissions, etc., and incorporating these into monthly cost report...
