We are seeking an experienced Contracts & Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quantity surveying, procurement processes, and contract administration across various projects.



  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in contracts & procurement with a real estate developer or construction company is essential;

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;

  • Familiarity with ERP systems is highly desirable;
