Contract Administrator

Overview

NthStar Constructions is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our New Build division. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio including a $9M commercial project, QBCC non-completed homes, defect remediation works, domestic new builds and renovations.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager/New Build Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end contract administration of multiple projects, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and disciplined cost control.

This is a hands-on position suited to a CA who enjoys being close to the project, collaborating with site teams, and driving procurement strategy.
