Job Description


Job Summary: Manages, controls, and coordinates contract process standardization across the organization for Information Management (IM). Responsible for establishing system standards related to contract database management in compliance with legal, accounting, and risk requirements. Oversees the system-wide contract database and handles user administration functions across the enterprise. Leads and manages the Contract Administrator Resource Group, comprising representatives from all business units. Develops bid packages and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the Information Management Department. Coordinates with the Purchasing Department to ensure adherence to Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) requirements, as applicable.
