Contract Administrator

Our client specialise in design-and-build contracts for end-user clients in the Food, Pharmaceutical, Logistics, Data Centre, and Advanced Manufacturing sectors.

Due to significant growth over the last six months, there is now an immediate requirement for an experienced contract administratior to join their team in Perth.

This role will see you working alongside an experienced construction manager and site delivery team, overseeing all commercial aspects for current and future projects.

Skills and Experience Required

• 3+ years’ experience in a contract administration / quantity surveying role
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, and client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to assist with large-scale, complex tenders.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and presentation skills.
