About the Role:
A residential construction and property development business is expanding its construction team due to a strong pipeline of upcoming projects. Operating as a true end-to-end provider, the company delivers efficient, high-quality residential builds and prides itself on a streamlined, client-focused approach.

They are now seeking a Contract Administrator/Prestart for an end to end role (Contract admin, prestart & client liaison) and are offering the opportunity to be part of a growing construction division at an exciting stage for the company. Reporting to the Director and Development Manager, working closely with the Construction Manager. You’ll have the opportunity to refine processes in a team still establishing systems (currently using Buildxact).

Key Requirements

  • Experience with a residential construction volume builder in an end-to-end Contract Administrator role.
  • Strong client liaison and prestart experience.
  • Comfortable working in a semi-structured, evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient with construction software (Buildxact experience advantageous).
